Specific demands per function;

Developer:

• Completed university or HBO schooling,  preferably Informatics or other technical training.
• Minimum of four years of Domino experience.
• Preferably CLP or PCLP status for R7 and R8.
• Knowledge of and experience with both client development (LotusScript) and web-development (Javascript, HTML)
• Experience with products like LEI, Lotus Domino Designer, Lotus Domino Document Manager and/or Lotus Workflow
• Knowledge and experience with Notes in Windows, Unix and Linux environments
• Knowledge of the developments in Workplace, (WebSphere) Portal and Java

Administrators:

• Completed unversity or HBO schooling,  preferably Informatica or other technical training.
• Minimum of four years of Domino experience.
• Preferably CLP or PCLP status for R7 and R8.
• Knowledge of Lotus Domino Designer, LotusScript and/or Java. 
• Knowledge of WebSphere
• Knowledge of the iSeries platform and/or Linux
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems
• Knowledge of LDAP, TCP/IP, DNS, proxy-servers,...
